About Meteor Fireworks Ltd

Meteor Fireworks Ltd is a Sussex based fireworks display company and we have successfully and safely been responsible for organising a significant number of fireworks displays in conjunction with local events in the South of England for several years now.

These have included events such as the Hassocks Prom in the Park, School Leavers Prom celebrations, Isfield village fireworks display, Hurstpierpoint village fireworks display, Dallington Royal Jubilee Celebration, several School PTA fund-raising displays, as well as a variety of wedding and birthday celebrations held at venues across the region. Many of these events have become firm fixtures in the calendar for those involved in their organisation and provide a good excuse for communities to meet and mix.

Our staff are all fully trained, qualified and experienced in the use of the materials involved and we always operate as a close team during the planning, setting up, firing and clearing away of each display.

Our displays are planned and fired within strict industry guidelines regarding safety and recommended code of practice. This involves all aspects such as equipment and materials used, safety procedures on the firing site with regard to spectators and staff, positioning of equipment, influence of the weather and insurance.
All of our fireworks displays are covered by our own £5 million Public Liability Insurance, which is seen as the industry standard for most public events.

Our procedure, upon receiving any enquiry is to contact the event organiser. After a preliminary discussion to ascertain the exact nature of the event, date and venue, a site visit is conducted by one of our team to meet the organiser. The suitability of the proposed venue is then assessed and other details such as the firing time, particular preferences are discussed. e.g. loud, colourful, quiet etc.

This information is then used to plan and cost the event for the customer, and a detailed site plan is produced together with an invoice containing all details of the event.

What we do

We will plan, supply, fuse and fire a fireworks display to make your special event go with a bang!!

The fireworks that we use include a range of low to medium height effects generated by cakes, candles and fountains, as well as high level effects produced by shells. Simple messages and signs can also be supplied. The fireworks used are professional display fireworks, which are not sold to the general public.

You can either select a set display or tell us your requirements and an idea of the sort of effect you want and we'll put together a display to suit your budget.
